Returns Policy

Since we are not able to do compatibility tests with all B&O equipment we offer full return for any compatibility problems within two weeks after purchase if otherwise is not specified in the description.

For warranty we offer either replacement or money back depending on availability of replacement products. The buyer stands for the cost to return the item and we stands for the cost to send the new item. Usually we offer 5 months warranty for serviced items and full warranty according to EU regulations if otherwise is not specified.

For contries with 110 V; please ensure that the ordered items could be used with 110 V or that we could update them (extra cost).
